Terms of Payments & Cancellation Policy

1. Travelers signed up for a payment plan will be required to sign up for TripLaunch automatic payment scheduled drafts. Failure to keep funds on credit card for plan before next payment is due may result in trip cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
2. Any Traveler who misses a payment on their payment plan is required to login to TripLaunch and update card information.
3. Travelers who are more than 30 days late on their payment plan will be subject to trip cancellation and forfeiture of prior payment. If trip is cancelled due to non-payment, traveler is not eligible for a future trip credit.
4. If you cancel at least 30 days in advance, you are eligible to apply the credit to one of future trips. Last minute cancelations are subject to forfeit payments made. All accommodations (food, Villa, luxury activities) made are paid in advance based on confirmed guest count which is why it's important to not cancel last minute. Another way to secure your money paid is to get travel insurance.
